Delete your Sharkz account

Sharkz has no sign-up: your progress is tied to a random identifier created on your device. There are two ways to erase it.

In the app (instant)

Open Sharkz → settings → Delete my account → confirm. This immediately and permanently deletes your display name and tag, XP, level, best mass, kill/death record, session history, friend list (including your entry in other players' lists), and the record of which skins you own.

If you already uninstalled

Uninstalling the app abandons the identifier on your device, and the remaining record is a display name with game statistics. If you would like it erased as well, contact the developer through the app's Google Play listing page with your player tag (the Name#1234 shown on the Friends screen) and we will remove it.

What is kept

Nothing personal. Purchases are processed by Google Play, so payment details, refunds and purchase history live there under Google's policies, never with us — deleting your Sharkz account does not refund anything and cannot delete anything Google holds.

What we delete is our record of which skins you own. The purchase itself stays with your Google account, so if you play again you can bring the skins you paid for to your new account with shop → restore.
